hübsches Hotel, nette Belegschaft
Veröffentlicht am 27.11.2014Das Hotel befindet sich leider nicht wirklich in Strandnähe, jedoch wird vor Ort ein kostenloser Shuttlebus angeboten, der den Tag über fährt und einen auch direkt am Strand von Kuta absetzen kann.
Das Essen und Frühstücksbuffett waren in Ordnung.

Nicht so gut: No parking space for Hotelguests with Motorbikes
Lage: A liitle outside of Kuta , but with Taxi or Bike no Problem.
Spend 3 Weeks in this Harris Hotel. All in all it was very good.
Noiselevel near Pool is very high. Also in the Rooms always present. Could be quieter in the hallways. The Location is a bit outside of Kuta , but if you rent a Motorrbike like me, it is no Problem. Carrefour Supermarket is in Walking distance (8 min.) Hotel provides Shuttle Service to CF (drop off only). Some building activity is going on around the Hotel, but proved no Problem at all.

Location is okay ,swimming pool and dining area are good , fantastic service, rooms are clean and spacious, however showers need to be update , as well as telephones , the one in my room wasn't working

The staff was very nice. Their problem solving skills sucked. They would re-use the towels and when we did ask for new ones they smelled. Breakfast was not that great but it was $7 USD. They did not Give us toilet paper after the first day of arrival. It was great to wake up to pretty birds chirping. WiFi sucked.

Everything is just fine in this hotel . Excellent service, friendly staff, perfect room cleaning service , laundry etc . The only thing I can complain about is the fact that some guests left food trash by the swimming pool and nobody from the hotel looks to notice it, this happened in two different occasion

ホテル予約時にクレジット番号等入れたが。その際引き落としのためでなく、予約確定のためと言うことであったが、現地でのチェックイン時に、すでに支払いは済んでいると言うことで、結局クレジットから支払われたということであった。このような事前情報の誤りはなくして欲しい。

Staying at Harris Hotel - Sunset Road.

Gut: Away from rowdy crowds, yet central to everything.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Spotlessly clean. Yummy breakfasts.
The welcome.
Nicht so gut: My problem - not everyone's!. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis - and replaced knees. The steps in the pool are too high - I could not get out.
Lage: Lovely shopping mall close by.
Lovely, interesting local walks.
Open dining just out of the hotel.
Concierge staff will book trips anywhere.
Terrific staff, spotless presentation, delicious breakfasts, and room service. Lovely pool area.
Just perfect! We will be back.
