I stayed in the hotel for one night( thanks it was just 1 night other wise I would not stay There another night) I booked it at the last minute as I needed somewhere to stay over night when I arrived I was not impressed at all, i was about to leave if it wasn’t late. The smell at reception and the floors is bad. The hotel looks uncleaned, chipped doors and walls , rust in bathroom. The pillows and the bed looks like they were not changed, I found a hair on the bed sheet. I had to cover the pillow with the towel so I could sleep. Moreover I could not sleep at night due to the noise from the traffic outside the hotel.
Went to restaurant for breakfast. The buffet was very basic, doesn’t look cleaned, behind the buffet is dirty, console and furniture dirty and looks old too. I could smell a bad smell as well. I went to get coffee from the machine but the the milk doesn’t work and they just put hot milk in a flask. I couldn’t drink coffee, then I went to get Moroccan tea, but looks very red strange colour, I couldn’t drink it. Also there is one of the lights broken and hanging down from the ceiling, they might fell and hit someone. My son wanted to go for swimming, there’s 2 swimming pool( for kids) very dirty you. And the other one was ok but it’s too deep for kids, so we couldn’t use it. And I just left the hotel and I wouldn’t go back near that place.
I had a chat with one of the chef cooking the omelette, he said the owners and the management don’t care about the hotel.
